When it comes to adidas signature lines, Pharrell and Yeezy are head and toes above the competition. The NMD Hu line has consistently sold out within hours of release, and Pharrell has been a great ambassador for the three stripes brand in general. Recently, Pharrell took to social media to show off a brand new pair of Boost You Wear shoes dubbed the adidas Boost You Wear PW.
Boost You Wear, an updated version of the Feet You Wear cushioning technology, has appeared recently on the Crazy 1, and will look to be a big factor in this year’s lineup. The pair Pharrell teased features a rasta styled colorway. Red Yellow and Green adorn the shoe, with a wave pattern not dissimilar from the Yeezy 350 Boost V2.
Not much is known yet about the adidas Boost You Wear PW collaboration, if it is a collaboration at all. However, Pharrell captioned it with the #747WarehouseSt, which will be an adidas event in LA during All-Star Weekend. It can be assumed that it will either be unveiled there, or release. If that’s the case, we will see it on Feb. 16 or 17. Stay tuned to SolePost for more info as it is announced.
Also, Pharrell will be performing with the rest of N*E*R*D at the event.
Update (1/31): theYeezylab has given us our first look at the medial of the shoe. Dubbed the “Ambition” colorway, the adidas Boost You Wear PW looks like it will release as previously speculated, at 747 Warehouse St. during All-Star Weekend. Pricing on the shoe will be set at $250.
